We will collect information that you or your employing organisation as our client give us or that you ask us to collect on your behalf.

On this website, we only collect your name, email address, organisation, and what you need from us. This website also uses cookies to track how many people visit each page although you have the option to disable the use of cookies.

 

How will we use your information?

We will use this information to carry out our obligations to you arising from any contracts entered into between us and to provide you with the information and services that you request from us. We may also use your information to keep in touch with you from time to time. On this website, we use the information you provide to follow-up via phone or email, so we can start a conversation. We do not send newsletters or use cookies for marketing purposes.

 

Who will we share your information with?

We will not share your information with organisations or people outside Humanicity unless you ask us to, or if we are under a duty to disclose data in order to comply with a legal obligation.

 

How long will we keep your information?

We will keep your data for up to two years from when we last received confirmation from you that you agree to us keeping your information, or for a separate time if that is specified in a contractual agreement. As an example, we keep coaching notes for up to 2 years after the coaching engagement has finished.
